Heap of dirt lying in the premises of JDA complex at Janipur complex, Jammu, where the UT’s Highest Administrative tribunal, The J&K Special Tribunal sits with its Chairman and other members. It is true that civic sense, hygiene and cleanliness is a state of mind which inherently evolves in the minds of the people and cannot be foisted on them but it is also true that authoritative people may use their wisdom to keep their surroundings and workplaces clean and free from dirt.

One may go around the city of Jammu anywhere in posh or not posh areas one thing you will find common and the cynosure of everyone that is, the heap of dirt which clearly at least proves the negligence, inability, inefficiency and mismanagement of the people and the concerned government authorities.

The citizens and the government both should have collective move by using modern techniques to manage such dirt to keep city clean and free from any infection which may breed due to dirt spread around the city.
