The President of India is pleased to appoint Shri Padmanabha Balkrishna Acharya, Governor of Nagaland to discharge the functions of the Governor of Manipur, in addition to his own duties, during the absence, on leave, of Dr Najma A. Heptulla, Governor of Manipur.
