SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 08: A condolence meeting was today held at District Court Srinagar in the chamber and under the chairmanship of Jawad Ahmed, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar to mourn the sad demise of Kulbhushan Gupta, Advocate, Senior most member of the Bar Association Udhampur, the father of Sanjeev Gupta, Registrar General of High Court of J&K and Ladakh, who breathed his last today morning after a brief illness.

During such a meeting all the judicial officers held two minutes silence to pay respectful homage to the departed soul. Heartfelt condolences were expressed by all and prayers for eternal peace to the departed soul and fortitude and forbearance for the bereaved family.
The Judicial officers expressed their heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of the highly respected personality in the judicial fraternity in J&K and remembered the immense and significant contribution of Late Kulbhushan Gupta in the field of law spread over a period of almost 60 years and in shaping the career of many Advocates some of whom have made indelible mark in the judicial history of the J&K.
