
THATHRI, MAY 10: As a part of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” Cultural Wing of DIPR Jammu organized a Debate competition on ‘Indian Freedom Struggle’ at Government Higher Secondary School Thathri, District Doda.

In all, 10 students of the School spoke on the topic and narrated inspiring stories from the life of the heroes of the Freedom struggle.

AZADI KA AMRIT CELEBRATIONS IN INDIA
Lecturer Sunil Kumar, Master Touseef Ahmed and Teacher Sanjeeda Begum acted as judges. Officials of the Department of Information and Public Relations and staff members of school were also present on the occasion.
Sayma Banoo of class 12 clinched 1st Position and Amesha Thakur of class 11 bagged the 2nd position and Kanchu Devi of Class 12 secured 3rd position. They were awarded with Trophies, while certificates were also given to the other participants.
