JAMMU, AUGUST 21: Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association, Jammu, holding its elections on August 28, 2021, to elect President of the Bar and other office bearers. Amongst other Senior Advocate Sh. Nirmal Kotwal is one of the contestants for the post of President.
