Jammu Lawyer’s strike continues, no any breakthrough

JAMMU NOVEMBER 13: The Lawyers of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association (JKHCBA) are on indefinite strike since more than seven days now and there is no any breakthrough so far as their demands are concerned.

The lawyers after the unanimous decision taken by them after the General House meeting under the auspices of their President Advocate Abhinav Sharma went on indefinite strike and pressed the UT government to restore the registration of document work back to the Judicial officers and to annul the idea of proposed shifting of the High Court to Raika Bahu. The worthy bar members are adhered to their demands and consistently impacting the government to resolve their issues before they further intensify their strike.

The work in all the courts including High Court is completely paralyzed.
