The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, paid floral tributes to Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (October 15, 2019).

Officers and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan as well as family members of Dr Kalam also paid tributes to him on the occasion.
