KISHTWAR :Deputy Commissioner, Angrez Singh Rana today issued an order imposing restrictions on washing of clothes, utensils and vehicles at water point near Ram Mandir, Kishtwar to prevent contamination .

The order came in the backdrop of the complaint filed by people of the area regarding the water being contaminated due to washing of clothes , utensils and vehicles,creating a lot of nuisance in the area besides leading to various health hazards .It has also lead to disruption in the traffic movement due to parking of vehicles alongside the road.

Deputy Commissioner has also directed Tehsildar, Kishtwar, SHO, Kishtwar and EO, Municipal Committee, Kishtwar to ensure implementation of the said order in letter and spirit.
