POONCH : District Development Commissioner, Rahul Yadav, reviewed arrangements for the month of Ramadan commencing tomorrow during an officers meeting held here today.

SDM Surankote, ACD Poonch, Executive Engineers, Imams of different Jama Masjids of Surankote and members of Municipal Committee Surankote were present in the meeting.

DDC had a detailed review of arrangements being put in place by different departments for the month of Ramadan like ration, water and power supply, sanitation, medicare etc.

During the meeting, the people of Surankote raised various issues including traffic congestion in Bazar and Bypass Road, building for Boys HSS Surankote, alternate land for Bustand besides monitoring of rates of vegetables and meat.
