Chief Justice Gita Mittal inaugurated Samba District Courts Complex

SAMBA: The Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Hon’ble Justice Gita Mittal inaugurated the newly constructed and well equipped high tech District Courts Complex at district Samba about 54 kms. away from the temple city Jammu. The complex is provided with all the modern amenities, ADR centre, Conference hall, Bar rooms, Child room, spacious court rooms, Chambers for the lawyers etc. All the dignitaries from the Judicial and lawyer’s fraternity were present on the occasion of its opening ceremony on April 17, 2019.

The Chief Justice cut the ribbon and entrusted the complex to Sh. M.K. Sharma, Principal District & Session Judge, Samba. She also had a round of the complex along with dignitaries and commended the role of everyone who well in time completed the mega project. The Hon’ble Justice Sanjay Gupta, Justice Sanjeev Kumar Shukla and Justice Sindhu Sharma were also present to grace the occasion.

Chief Justice Gita Mittal also spoke on the occasion and listen to the grievances of the lawyer’s fraternity.

Mr. Sambyal, the President of the Bar Association Samba also conveyed thanks to the Chief Justice and other High Court Judges and the authorities and every one participated in project building.

Senior Advocate Sh. B.S. Slathia and president of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association Jammu was also present to grace the occasion.

The Chief Justice and other High Court Judges were presented with mementos and at the end vote of thanks was presented by Mrs. Swati Gupta from legal authorities Samba.
