JAMMU DECEMBER 13: A deputation of JK Medical Employees Federation called on Hon’ble Advisor to Governor Sh. K Vijay Kumar, at convention hall, circuit house, Jammu under the leadership of S Dharminder Singh Bhargav president JK Medical Employees Federation consisting of Sh. RK Sharma, S Waryam Singh, Sh. Praveen Kumar, S. Avtar Singh, Sh. Madan Lal, Sh. Ashok Massih.

A representation for extending the benefits of cabinet order No. 186/14/2014 dated 16/10/2014 and Govt. order No. 1061-GAD of 2014 dated 16/10/20124 i.e. inclusion of the service render by the migrant substitute of Kashmir Division.

Sanction is hereby accorded to the counting of past service rendered by the migrant substitute prior to their regularization for the purpose pensionary benefit only provided that the total qualifying service shall not exceed 28 years the finance department shall incorporate the necessary provisions in the rules wherever required accordingly.

The president of the Federation bring the notice of the Advisor that step motherly treatment of the previous Govt. towards Adhoc/contractual/ consolidated employees for pensionary benefits which is totally against the spirit of democracy and the constitution. Therefore to put an end to this discrimination benefit of Govt. order No. 1061-GAD of 2014 should be extended to all adhoc/contractual/consolidated employees regularized by the State Government on the analogy of the migrant substitute employees of Kashmir Division.

The discussion on the issue, was held in a very cordial atmosphere, and Hon’ble  Advisor gave us a very patient hearing. After hearing our arguments the Hon’ble Advisor was pleased to issue on the spot instructions to his staff, to fix a meeting with the concerned authorities in this connection at the earliest.

We do hope that the Hon’ble Advisor to Governor and the Governor Administration will kindly see through he nefarious designs and adverse implications underlying such selective Govt. orders, which are discriminatory and Unconstitutional and Undemocratic. We look forward towards them to take been personal initiative and appropriate favourable action o redress our genuine concerns and grievances by acceding to our just demand at the earliest please.
