The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, will visit Bihar (Pusa, Samastipur and Patna) tomorrow (November 15, 2018). In Pusa, the President will grace the first convocation of Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University. He will also address the 8^th convocation of NIT Patna in Patna, before returning to Delhi.
