JAMMU, JULY 17: The video is filmed at lawyer’s canteen situated at District Court Complex, Janipur, Jammu. It is deplorable that the air conditioners which are installed in the canteen are ill fated and working inefficiently due to the poor management of the concerned authorities who are duty bound to keep public property in a good state of health to beat intense hot and humid weather and consequently the lawyers are the victims visiting the canteen.
