JAMMU 29 JUNE: The educational institutions in Jammu remains to be closed for summer vacations but there seem to be no respite in the heat and the Sun continues to blaze. People mostly stay indoors during the noon when the Sun is at its peak but as the day passes then one can see the hustle bustle of the people on roads and in the markets.
