Dr Jitendra Singh took charge as Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), here today.The Secretary (DoNER) Dr Inder Jit Singh, Secretary, North Eastern Council (NEC) Shri Ram Muivah and senior officers of the Ministry were present on the occasion.
