The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind in his message on the eve of Easter has said:-

“On the occasion of Easter, I extend my greetings and best wishes to all fellow citizens, especially to members of the Christian community in India and abroad.

Easter is celebrated across the world to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Christ symbolised the principles of humanism, love and truth. On this joyous occasion, let us commit ourselves to these values and to building a happy and fraternal nation”.
