JAMMU FEBRUARY 09, 2019: An innocent small boy begging on the roads of Jammu. This boy according to him has come from the Rajasthan and is residing under the bridge along with his grandfather. He is telling in a very candid words that he has come here to beg for his stomach. The deplorable thing is that he is begging in a place where riches and ministers and authoritative people come to enjoy but such begging children hardly catch their eyes. It is really shameful for our society and the government that our children are in such worse conditions and they are bereft of their Fundamental Rights to live with dignity.
