Jammu, Nov 11: Union minister Jitendra Singh Sunday met Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik at Raj Bhavan here on Sunday and discussed internal and external security issues, an official spokesman said.
Besides security, the two spoke on development related matters, the spokesman added.
