A R Rather meets Governor

JAMMU, NOVEMBER 10: Sh. A.R. Rather, former Finance Minister met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Sh. Rather shared with Governor his views relating to prevailing political, developmental and security scenario in the State and apprised Governor about various issues of high public importance.

Governor discussed with Sh. Rather the crucial importance of establishing grass root level democratic institutions of Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies for ensuring public participation in planning development of their respective areas.
