RAJOURI, Oct. 30: Senior BJP Leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta visited Dangri village and took stock of development works. He interacted with people and noted down problems faced by them. MLC also assured quick redressal of the problem faced by them.
While addressing the gathering ,MLC appealed people to participate in Panchayat election with full zeal and enthusiasm. He said,” Panchayat elections will empower villages in J&K and democracy will be firmly established at the grass root level”. He further said that these elections are to be held after a long time of 14 years and therefore ,are politically very important. The centre government under Honourable PM Narendra Modi is committed to realise democracy at the lowest level and now the onus lies in the hands of public to further this cause. He asserted that people can strengthen democracy by voting.
MLC further said that voting the right party is equally important. He said that in the present time BJP is the only party which has espoused the cause of development. He highlighted various schemes of Modi government that stresses on improving health, education and economic sector and said ,”These schemes are the reflection of fulfilment of people’s aspirations.”
Some prominent  citizen and party workers  who accompanied MLC were Ved Prakesh Sharma, Suresh Sharma, Rakesh Raina, Bable S harma and Vijay Sharma.
