JAMMU CITY: The beginning of January 2024 brings a chill and biting cold particularly in the city of Jammu and it impacted the day to day work of the people. The Schools were closed earlier for winter vacations. The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir also went on winter vacations though the District Courts were left to face the onslaughts of chill cold.
During this intervening period the inhabitants of Jammu experienced not only the chill cold but also the thick fog which paralyzed often traffic on the highways.
Today the Jammu people had a sigh of relief when they have seen a glimpse of bright Sunlight after so many days.
