JAMMU, JUNE 08: Intensifying drive against power theft, Electric M&RE Division I Parade Jammu of Power Development Department under the guidance of Executive Engineer today conducted inspections in various areas of old city and Nagrota falling under the jurisdiction of this division.

An inspection team headed by AEE Ratnish Puri along with Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer and other line man staff conducted inspections in Shahidi Chowk and its adjoining areas.

Similarly teams headed by Ajay Puri AEE and Vinod Sharma AEE also conducted inspections in areas like Canal Road, Kanyala, Dansal and their adjoining areas falling under their jurisdiction.

Public in general were asked to use power cautiously particularly during peak hours in the evening and morning and not to indulge in any type of power theft. Public was further warned of registration of FIR and strict action under rules against anybody indulging in theft of power.
